Bill Backs

The WinFDS Supplier Revenue Bill Backs module allows the Distributor to create Bill Back rules and rates for products, suppliers and customers and then track them so that the distributor can 'bill back' the various Suppliers appropriately. Auto create Supplier Bill Back Invoices, posted to Accounts Receivables or alternatively directly to Accounts Payables as credits. Bill Back Invoices inquiries and reporting. Cycle Counts

The WinFDS Cycle Counts module is a complete system for taking and processing partial physical inventories in an organized and efficient fashion. Cycle Counts are appropriate for distributors who have thousands of products that make a single annual or quarterly inventory taking a challenge. You might want to spread out your inventory taking across time or are having serious, ongoing problems with 'shrinkage' and inventory discrepancies. Features List>>

Commodity Integration

The WinFDS Commodity Integration module allows those Manufacturers and their Distributors in the United States that sell their products to the USDA Food Purchase Program to track the value/pounds that they have to reduce the costs of the approved commodity integrated commercial branded products. Distribution Orders

The WinFDS Distribution Orders module makes it easy to send an identical order to a group of customers, or a standard order to a new customer.  An example of this would be the first order to a new chain of restaurants. Fixed Assets

The Fixed Asset Optional module is designed to help you keep track of your Fixed Assets in an intelligent and organized fashion. Assets that are used in the production or sale of other assets or services and that have a useful life longer than one accounting period are called Plant/Building, Land/Property and Equipment or Fixed Assets. Freight Tracking

The WinFDS Freight Tracking module is useful if you are using common carriers to deliver your goods.  This module automatically calculates the freight charge to be charged based on the weight of an order and the ship-from and deliver-to points.  This module provides for the printing of Bills of Lading and a Freight Analysis report to reconcile invoices from the common carriers used. iDriver

The WinFDS iDriver module will make your Drivers mobile (via internet) with proof of delivery and keep them in constant two-way contact with your office during their deliveries. Full details of the driver's daily deliveries/trips will be displayed on the driver's tablet, including: Customer name, address, number of pieces, driving directions for each stop and entire trip (including actual route traveled), type of products to be delivered (eg. dry, frozen) and all other relevant info. Your customers will sign their invoice(s) on the driver's tablet and thereafter the customer will recieve an email with the signed invoice copy. Driver will also be able to record on his tablet any customer's payment(s) received and/or required (eg. for COD invoices). Drivers can also pickup and create a CRA Credit Returns Authorization (if allowed). Driver is able to take pictures with his tablet for each deliver (invoice/order/stop #). HACCP data (if required) is also recorded. Throughout his iDriver trip, the driver has the capabilities of sending and receiving WinFDS messages.

In the office you're will have a "Where are my Driver's ?" dashboard; which displays each of your drivers/trips, driver's deliveries tracked in real time (with actual route traveled) where they are now, where they have been (ie. orders already delivered), estimated time of arrival for each stop and also estimated time for end of trip (ie. is driver running late or is he ahead of schedule). Credit Return Authorization are also displayed. Upon driver's return to office, there's a Driver's "Cash Out" module to facilitate the balancing of all actual payments received by driver.  Features List>>

Landed Cost

The WinFDS Landed Cost module will calculate and record the total landed cost of any products purchased and imported from abroad.  The landed cost is recorded on line upon receipt and/or payment.  FOB cost, exchange, duty and any other costs are identified in the calculated and final landed cost. Manufacturing / Processing

The WinFDS Manufacturing/Processing module makes it possible for Food processors and manufacturers to plan and track the creation of finished goods and deplete their raw material inventories accurately.  We enable the creation and management of recipes, bills of material and formulas to ensure accurate production planning and scheduling.  We support lot tracking, labor usage, packaging and scrap/shrinkage monitoring.  WinFDS also allows for the efficient management of production with a wide range of reports and planning tools. Multi-Warehousing

The WinFDS Multi-warehousing module is deigned for companies with a mumber of warehouses (multiple distribution centers).  Goods can be easily transferred between warehouses, with inventory tracked, manufactured, shipped from and received in multiple warehouses. Features List>>

Performance Edge

The WinFDS Performance Edge module is designed to allow Distributors who sell Tobacco products to provide the applicable reports required by the Tobacco Companies. Once generated, the reports can then be exported by the Distributor as necessary. Features List>>

Renumber Codes

The WinFDS Renumber Codes module has been designed to allow Product, Customer, Supplier and General Ledger Account codes to be re-coded to an existing code or new code, without losing the valuable historical data that has accumulated against these codes. When an old renumbered code is keyed in, WinFDS will notify you that this code has been renumbered, provide the date of the change and provide you with the new code number. All renumbered codes are tracked by the system for future reference. Features List>>

Retail Prices/Labels

The WinFDS Retail Prices module is useful to those who sell their products both at a Wholesale level and Retail level. It allows the user to create a Customer specific retail price list and print the shelf labels for the specific items. Features List>>

Shipping/Picking Labels

The WinFDS Shipping/Picking Labels module serves two purposes. First, it allows you to print picking labels that can be affixed to the products being shipped to your Customers. The label includes information such as the product description, bin location, quantity of each product, route the product will be shipped, and the Customer information. Using this Picking Label ensures each item is identified as it is being picked causing less confusion during loading. Features List>>

The Shipping Label provides labels for pallets. Each label identifies each item being placed on a specific pallet, the bin location of the product, Ship date, route number, and the Customers information. Using the Pallet Picking label ensures each item is placed on the correct pallet. Features List>>

Standing Orders

The WinFDS Standing Orders module has value if you have customers to whom you send a standard order to regularly.  You create the standard order once and WinFDS automatically creates a ‘real’ order on the days you want. Features List>>

Tobacco System

The WinFDS Tobacco System module is designed to keep track of all taxes owing on your tobacco sales and, if you are selling to North American Indians who have tobacco quotas, WinFDS will track your purchases to them also. Features List>>

WinFDS Scheduler

The WinFDS Scheduler module allows the user to schedule reports to be printed and/or processes to be performed on a specified date and time required.  For example, you can schedule a report to print and at the specified time the report will be generated and printed to the printer you have requested.

Warehouse Management

The WinFDS Warehouse Management module is designed to assist in the location of products in multiple locations, product put aways, empty and blocked bins and determine replenishment requirements. Also Picker and Checker Productivity sub-module and dashboards are included. Receiving docks with receiving schedules are maintained and setup. This module can be interfaced to hardware such as mobile (browser based) scanning systems to make the warehouse run even more smoothly. Features List>>

Bar Code Scanning

The WinFDS Bar Code Scanning module consist of bar code scanning of inbound Purchase Order receipts ('Receiving' sub-module) and outbound picking and Shipping of Customer Orders ('Shipping' sub-module) using handheld mobile scanners (browser based).

Using Bar Code Scanning you can eliminate and minimize key data entry and paper. WinFDS makes the decision instead of the employee, stop over-shipping and under-shipping. WinFDS Bar Code Scanning makes for fast and accurate order picking/shipping and purchase order receiving. Warehouse automation systems to achieve high operational efficiency and functional capabilities.

Web Order Entry

The WinFDS Web Orders module makes it easy for customers (and your sales reps) to order over the Web using virtually any device (eg: tablets, ipads, smart phones, etc.). Fast processing with real time data (no downloads/uploads required). Customers see order guides that are specific to them and get immediate acknowledgements to the orders that they create. Customers can track their orders easily, including ETA, ship date and driver's name. Customer can request quotes$ and request Credits/Returns on line. Open or old Carts (orders) can be saved and used again. Features List>>

 Web Scan Orders

The Web Scan orders module will allow your customers to create their orders by scanning product barcodes and then submitting the order to you via your website and the WinFDS Web Order Entry system. As such this is another way for your customers to submit their orders to you quickly and efficiently, with zero input errors and without any intervention on your part. Features List>>
